The contents (content is understood as any text, image, video and sound) may be subject to exclusive rights, industrial or intellectual property, belonging to Turinvicta Viagens e Turismo Lda, or other entities or natural or legal persons. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, display, transmit or disseminate, in any form or for any purpose, the contents of the portal identified of exclusive rights, industrial or intellectual property, without written permission.

Organization :

The organization of the service packages included in this portal (www.getinporto.com) is made by the company with the corporate name Turinvicta Viagens e Turismo Lda, (with the commercial name "Get In Porto") and head office at Rua São João de Brito 65 loja 26, 4100-455 Porto, with NIF 505 114 267 and license RNAVT 2339.

Change of products and contracted activities :

Turinvicta Viagens e Turismo Lda, reserves the right to change the available experiences for the "Get In Porto Pass" clients (adding or removing) and commits itself to keep the list updated which you can consult in https://www.getinporto.com/produtos.php

This site, built in the logic of a Portal in the Tourism domains, contains links to other sites on the Internet.

By accessing these sites the user recognizes that Turinvicta is not responsible for the security policy, privacy, form, content or practices of these sites, so that the use of services and information obtained through links is made under the sole responsibility of the user.

Purchase :

Get In Porto's customers may purchase online, without having to contact our operators. Payment can be made by PayPal or credit card.

The number of experiences that will be credited to your Get In Porto Pass will be defined by the customer at the time of purchase, and cannot be changed later.

Purchase confirmation and invoice issue:

After payment, you will be sent to the email address informed during the purchase process the purchase confirmation and the respective invoice .

 If you want invoice with NIF (Taxpayer Number), you must indicate it during the purchase process and fill in your fiscal data, before finalizing the payment, and before our system issues the invoice.

Sending the City Pass:

After payment, you will be sent to the email address informed in the purchase process, the numbered pass(s) to the email indicated at the time of purchase.

In the menu "consult Pass" you can access the QR code, or resend the confirmation e-mail, filling in the e-mail used and the number of the Pass you want to retrieve.

Prices:

The prices shown on this website are correct at the date of its update (2021) and are effective during the current year. The values shown are in euros (€) and include VAT at the corresponding rates. Since our programs are subject to unforeseen variations in government charges, taxes, surcharges, or other external and unrelated charges, prices may vary throughout the year.

Activation and Validity:

The "Get in Porto Pass" must be activated within 180 days of purchase.

The activation is done at the moment of the first use.

After 180 days from the date of purchase the "Get In Porto Pass" is cancelled, not allowing its use and will not be subject to refund request.

After the first use, all experiences credited on your Get In Porto Pass must be used within 30 days.

You can check your used experiences and the number of unused experiences in the "Check Pass" menu

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy allows you to request a refund within 90 days of purchase if the Get In Porto Pass has not yet been activated.

Contact us at info@getinporto.com indicating the Pass number, the date of purchase and the name of the holder. The refund will be made, according to the payment method used in the purchase.

Usage:

The "Get In Porto Pass" holder must present the respective QR code, on paper or on the cell phone, in a legible way, to be given access to the experiences they want to enjoy.

Some experiences included in the "Get In Porto Pass" contract may require reservation.   All the information about the reservation process will appear in the detail of the experiences that is available at https://www.getinporto.com/produtos.php

The Get in Porto Pass is nominal and identification may be required for its use.

Complaints

Any complaints will only be considered when presented in writing during the 5 days following the date on which the service was provided. All complaints that reach us are analyzed and duly answered. Any dispute that is considered relevant and serious by us will be resolved in the District Court of Porto, to the express exclusion of any other.

In compliance with the law 144/2015 we inform you that for the resolution of consumer disputes you should contact the arbitration commission of Turismo de Portugal: www.turismodeportugal.pt.

Insurance

The liability of Turinvicta - Get In Porto is guaranteed by insurance required by Portuguese Law.

Taxes and Fees

The price of the "Get In Porto" Pass includes taxes and governmental fees. The same applies to all services contracted with "Get In Porto" / Turinvicta.

All fees external to our service are the responsibility of the customer.
